For customers under the age of 18, parental consent and involvement are necessary for cryptocurrency trading with TWX.
Initiating an order is a request for a cryptocurrency buying/selling offer from TWX. Upon review, we will provide you with a binding offer and price for the transaction, subject to payment receipt.
Payment is considered received when the designated amount is credited to our bank accounts via bank transfer or after 1 blockchain confirmation for cryptocurrency sales.
An order is deemed completed when TWX has transferred the cryptocurrency or funds to your account. A transaction receipt will be emailed thereafter.
The rate displayed on the buy and sell page is indicative. Due to market volatility, the final rate may vary slightly at the time of payment processing.
We hold no liability for potential losses resulting from uncompleted trades within specific time frames. After trading, the responsibility for cryptocurrency storage and security lies with the customer.
The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile, and we disclaim responsibility for any decrease in the market value of your cryptocurrencies.
We do not provide tax advice or report purchases/sales for tax purposes, nor do we take responsibility for tax obligations related to cryptocurrency transactions.
TWX strictly adheres to the Anti-Money Laundering regulations set forth by the relevant authorities to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
TWX charges a fee of 1.9% for bank transfers and 2.9% for all other payment methods. This fee is deducted prior to the exchange.
When using a payment card, a reservation is placed for the traded amount. The reserved amount is deducted from your account after the order is dispatched.
As a financial service, trades on TWX are subject to market fluctuations, and there is no right of withdrawal once a transaction is initiated.
